These General Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by:

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers the following services:

• Limited liability company (Ltd.) accounting
• Payroll services
• Tax advisory and optimization
• Business setup package

3. Formation of Contract

The contract is formed through written agreement between the parties (email, individual contract). Inquiries sent through the website do not constitute a contract, only a contact request.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are based on the prices listed on the website, which are net prices. Exact fees are specified in the individual offer. Invoices are due within 8 days of completion.

5. Obligations of the Parties

Service Provider obligations:

• Professional and timely delivery of services
• Protection of confidential data and GDPR-compliant processing
• Proactive communication and a 1 business day response time

Client obligations:

• Timely provision of required documents and data
• Timely payment of service fees
• Provision of accurate and truthful data

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider exercises the utmost care expected. No liability is accepted for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Client. Website content is informational and does not constitute tax or legal advice.

7. Termination

The contract may be terminated by either party in writing with a 30-day notice period. Extraordinary termination is possible in case of serious breach of contract.

8. Dispute Resolution

The parties shall primarily seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the Buda Central District Court or the Budapest-Capital Regional Court shall have jurisdiction.
